Any word on RAM?

Yes, I have ordered the 10.5" 256GB WiFI model. I am not sure what to do with 256GB, but I figured 100€ more for 4 times the space might pay off at some point. Also, larger storage is usually faster. My iPad 3 is basically unusable at this point.

My secret hope is that for some work-related things I won't have to carry around my MacBook anymore, but will only bring the new iPad.
