I mean also the mobility inside my room ... When connected to screen it's harder to just quick pick it up and move to living room. just personell preference to keep MBA "free".

Unplugging 1 extra wire hardly compromises the mobility. I dock my MBA to an external monitor on my desk and pick it up to bring it downstairs or in bedroom all the time.

You're making up an issue out of nothing basically.

I completely agree. I keep my 11” hooked up to my monitor, speakers and Bluetooth mouse and keyboard while I’m home, and it only takes a second or two to unplug it (two wires in total) when I move to another room or when I leave the house. It’s a setup I really like, as when I’m home I have a larger screen to work with, but then I also always have my main computer with me when I’m out.
