Dumb question, I suppose, but I find I'm using my APMs more than any other head/earphones I have. Perhaps its the convenience coupled with the stellar (to me) sound quality, but I've been revisiting my catalog and downloading lots of new records from Apple Music and just plain enjoying music a lot more recently. I love picking out things I've never heard in recordings I've heard thousands of times before!

Yeah same. Even listening to some older stuff I hadn’t heard in a while. Definitely using them and my Apple Music subscription a lot.

Just got them a week ago and have already worked my way through all my music. I now have to join Apple Music!! I am a classical guitarist and started recoding my repertoire and listening to it while playing. They are just that good. Yea I have really expensive sennheiser wired cans and they are a tad better...should be for 1700. But the sound quality on these wireless is amazing and the ability to move with them(too hard to play guitar with wired cans) is simply astounding. Never thought I would say this about any wireless cans!

Absolutely! I’ve been revisiting some old stuff as well, being able to discover and hear some new sounds I haven’t noticed before.

Yep, me too. I have a reasonably high end audio and surround system at home, but I don’t listen to music very much on it, but since the APM’s, I have been listening every night when I go to bed, experimenting with different genres and artists and gaining a passion for music again that I haven’t had for years.

They have been an amazing investment and I am getting so much joy and pleasure from them. This didn’t happen with any other Bluetooth headphones that I have owned before

Same here!
I've always listened a lot to music in my life, but since I got the AirPods Max, I've really stepped it up a bit.
Every evening I reserve an hour or two solely to enjoy some great music on my AirPods Max.
Irrespective of how they might compare to higher-priced "audiophile" headphones, they are the greatest headphones that I've ever owned.

And THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is what it’s all about. This alone is worth the price of admission.

I definitely am. I suppose one would be tempted to chalk it up to the "honeymoon period", but it's been over a month, and I'm still using them every day... the comfort and the great sound make them a pleasure to use (and this is from a person who fully expected that I'd listen to them for a week or two, decide they were not worth the $, and return them).

I agree. The sound from the AirPods Max just sounds crisper, more clean, less distortion...I donno how to explain it exactly, but they sound great.

I have always been impressed by Apple's audio engineering and they have once again outdone themselves with the APMs!

Honestly though, this is what all new toys do for me - I get another excuse to engage in an area of interest. Indeed, it’s one of few reasons to buy anything anymore other than replacing the hopelessly broken.

Yeah same here- even some stuff I wouldn’t normally listen to as it sounds so good. I was walking around the supermarket listening to wham! Wham for goodness sake haha

Revising this thread. I've had the APM for almost two months now... for me, the "new toy" honeymoon period typically only lasts a few weeks, before I settle into a more normal usage pattern (and/or say to myself, "why the heck did I buy this?"), but I'm still using these headphones for 3-4 hours every day.

It's progressed from "hey, I wonder what this particular song sounds like on these?" to simply becoming part of my normal routine when I sit down to work. Again, when I bought these I fully expected to return them, but they've turned out to be better than I expected, both in terms of sound and comfort.
