An unknown error occurred (0xE800003D)

this happened to me because I had the AT&T carrier logo package installed (JB iPhone)... Removed it and carrier settings applied no problem.

When I try and update the carrier settings, I get the following error message from iTunes:

"iTunes could not update the carrier settings on your iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE800003D).

Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."

Anyone else encounter this, or have any clue what is wrong?
EDIT - I reinstalled the logo package (v 2.0) and the logo is back. All is working fine.

I jailbroke my 3G 2.2.1 last week and installed custom carrier logos. I updated the carrier settings and lost them. Updated carrier logos through Cydia, restarted the phone and they are back to the custom logos.

Yup, removing the package and then applying the update did the trick. Thanks! :)
