iPad mini Anyone else’s Mini getting very warm?

Following my initial post in September, I ended up returning/exchanging my Mini 6 for a new one and haven't had the heat issue or severe battery drain I was experiencing with my first Mini 6. First one purchased directly from Apple for launch day delivery, second one purchased from Best Buy. Battery life difference was night and day and I didn't do anything differently....ex. still restored from back up, same apps, same use, etc.
