Not far into the game yet, I'll let you know my impression in a bit.

Please do. I'm looking forward for a replacement/continuation of Vay. Any comparisons with Vay (in case you played it already) would be great!

Heh - way to steal a name from Tolkien (I seriously doubt they came up with "Feanor" by themselves). But regardless, the game definitely looks interesting. Going by the reviews, it's rather buggy at the moment and has a poor framerate, but the gameplay, story and music are pretty good (at least until the music stops playing or the game crashes without saving).

Note, it's not a classic RPG like Vay, it's an "action-RPG" like Zelda, Secret of Mana or Diablo.

Nice game!

This game look good and it´s good. The graphics, the enviroments, the music... etc.... But the framerate is very low, but I heard that developer said they will fix it quickly (I hope so). So... my recomendation is that you like RPG action adventure games you will love it... If you are looking for a classic style RPG this is not for you. I´ve been playing for like 10 hours and I´m lvl 12 and this game is just beautiful, I´m in love with it.

yeah yeah please do! I'm pulling my hair out. Normally I would just go for it but, thinking of all the recent purchase mistakes is holding me back.

I am really into graphic when choosing games so please say it has good graphic. :D (like on the screenshot will satisfy me)

Not like Vay is great. Vay was ok...
If it's like Zelda, I would go for it.

Thanks guys, please more opinions before I just go get it tonight:apple:

I've played it a little bit. Starts out a bit hard (the first fighting area is chock full of enemy slimes), but has potential. I like the graphics, as was stated framerate kinda sucks. Really like the music, wish songs wouldn't keep restarting from the beginning when they are restarted. You attack monsters by getting next to them and tapping them once (your character will start swinging his weapon until the enemy is dead, you die or you move away), or using skills. Apparently you eventually get a pet you can raise.

Sounds interesting. Thanks for all the replies about this not being kinda like Vay, but still I'll dig on to action RPG games (why not)

I guess I'll just wait for more updates to fix the said issues.

Just d/l this and am enjoying it. Yes the framerate is a bit low in places but it doesn't detract from the game, which is Zelda-like in it's play. Simple interface, with touch to go to a spot or attack a target (or run away very quickly!) Good handling of status/inventory by simple touch, in fact everything is simple touch.

Gameplay is a tad repetitive at the start but soon gains interest. Don't forget to save - if you leave the game without, you lose it all.

All in all, I like it. Should prove a worthwhile time killer.

OK, I've played a bit more, finished the first couple quests, got some more quests. Game does have rather old-school gameplay - leave town a bit, fight some monsters, level up some, go back to town to buy stuff, then go further from town, level up some more, etc. I was wrong, I would classify this as a classic RPG, not an action-RPG. Once you start attacking an enemy, it's all automatic, based on stats. The "action" is that other enemies could wander over and start attacking you from a different direction, you can try to run away during the fight, and you can use potions or skills at any point during the fight.

A couple tips for beginners: stats are truly random, seems you could roll all 18's if you were lucky enough, so make sure you keep rerolling until you are happy with them (unless you want a challenge). Read the Help from the main menu, it's only got a few quick pages. The store seems to periodically change its inventory, at the start it had nothing I could afford but yellow potions, but I went back a bit later and it had cheap armor. The dust things you collect from enemies, while needed for a beginning quest, are actually worth a decent amount of money selling at the store. Oh, and save often, by going into the menu, then options, and save (the top option).

Ive been playing this game for a little while now, and I can say its easily the best RPG on the iPhone today.

The game is a little buggy but not overly so. The game has never crashed on me and Im lvl 13 (10 hrs or so) I just love it because unlike 99% of the games on the app store it is huge! and I know i will take a long time.

It is a fairly difficult game though, you have to spend time leveling up or you will get destroyed in the next area. Also items cost a ton, so you have to save up forever to buy something decent or find it. I think i have 7500 gold and I have bought 1 thing so far which was like 1400. I just saw a sword in the shop for 26,000 or some boots for 8000. But overall a great game with a great interface.

I'm wondering if anyone has already finished this game and what exactly are your thoughts with regards to the whole story?

Btw, do you think the replay value for this game is low? Considering it's just a one time action RPG?

Has anyone completed the "get rid of grunt" quest? Im kind of stuck and I dont know what to do...there is some orc dude sleeping but all he says is "im hungry"...i have no idea wtf to do lol

So this game actually has a lot of quests?

Orc Grunt Quest

You need to find the sage that is far way from the orc cave... you reach to the sage going all the way foward to the orc caves 1 and 2, then you pass the next area too (dont remember the name) and in the next place (area) you need to find the sage... (you know that you are in the right place when you see that the name of the area end with the word sage) he give you a piece of meat and with that you wake up the orc.... But to do the the orc grunt quest I think you need, at least, to be lvl 25 because it's tough. Hope you understand 'cause my english is bad...

Hey, thanks for posting this. This helped me a lot!

Finally got this game inspired by all the quests things going. I am still killing mushrooms and haven't met any orcs or sage. Do I have far way to go? Where is everyone at:confused:

This is kinda fun. I wish I get more time to play this

Not far enough! :) currently trying to find snake skins, which I don't seem to get by killing snakes. Have 3 quests on the go at the mo though fairly low down the pecking order judging by some of the levels people have posted here (only an 8). So, more work to do then.

The monsters that drop the snake skin are the viper snake. You can find them in the snake cave 2-2, but be careful 'cause there is a big blue snake that is really tough... But you can kill it using some red potion. Good luck.

I was the second guy to post in this thread saying I'd put up my impression of the game after playing a bit. I heard 'Vay', downloaded that, and kinds got sucked into that game. I'm still not far at all in Inotia.

has anyone figured out how to make the orc wake up? im at level 24 killing fairys and he still wont interact with me.
