On my 2014 iMac, I using the first gen trackpad. I don't use rechargeable battery. I noticed come using Eveready Battery the trackpad will work " weird " always lost connection , and make the iMac auto wakeup from sleep due to bluetooth searching for the trackpad. But I using Energizer battery work back to normal. I been testing around with these two brands so notice that. I wonder anyone notice?

Next come to sleep mode, I notice whenever I turn off my wireless keyboard and trackpad and reconnect again. I using the short cut keys to put the mac to sleep seem cannot. Like have to wait for few min or so later. I do again than can. I not sure why. I guess maybe this old iMac is slow , if reconnect the keyboard and track pad maybe some program running behind first thus I cannot straight away put the iMac to sleep?
