Anyone's phone keep restarting on ios 10.2?

I have an iPhone 5 & my phone too is randomly crashing for no reason since the 10.2 update.

Sometimes it will come back after 1 restart, other times it seems to get into a loop & continually restart multiple times.

I've never had Snapchat like the previous poster. I've now switched off background app refresh to see if that helps.

It might be a red herring but it seems to be worse if I have no phone signal or wifi connection.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Nope, turning off background app refresh didn't help - it's still crashing & often on a good signal/wifi too.

I'm new-ish to iPhones & never restored from a backup before. What will be the consequences if I restore to my last backup on iOS 10.1? What will I lose from my phone? Call history? Texts? Photos? What?
