App only showing first 6 eps

Hi. I have a new Samsung QLED TV and for some reason, it will only show the first 6 episodes of a series. There are tiles for the others but they are grey with 3 dots (clicking does nothing). When it moves to newer seasons, those are all the same.I have tried reinstalling the app and signing out and back in again but no dice. Maybe I'm being thick and missing something obvious! Anyone have any ideas?

Are there settings you can check? Could just be how the app is since it's not a very good app in general even on the Apple TV.

They're pretty limited. There was an option to reset the app, but problem persists.

I even just factory reset the TV! Still the same...

Tried the Xbox app and same problem. Must be an account issue then!

Do you have a MacOS computer you can try it on?

It's my wife's account. She used her iPad (we don't have a Mac) to remove all devices. Signed in again and still not working. On her iPad, it takes a few seconds for episodes after 6 to load but I left it alone for a full 10 minutes on the TV app and nada. Flummoxed!
