Apps have already appeared in the iTunes App Store and can be found and downloaded by searching for their names. AOL's AIM Application, for example, is available as a free download:

It is becoming evident that there is a whole lot of useless nonsense on the App Store.
 
UK Users: Just change your preference at the bottom of the main store window to 'United States', then you can browse the store.

Definately US only. If I select US store on the main screen I can see them, but without an account can't download them.

Which makes me wonder about how many of the 500 apps will be limited to the US… :eek:

I hope all apps will be available to buy internationally.

Imagine if it turns out like the iTunes Music and TV Show store.

"Only available in the USA. Coming soon to the UK (insert your country here)…"

I would suspect a good 90% will be in that category…
 
I find just found a sport section with all the sports info, type in ' apps' in the search and your find it from there..
