OK, I found the "Iphone Explorer", with which I can copy all the stuff from the Applications folder from the iPhone to my Mac. Which includes the *.app files.
I don't know if I can ever use these files to re-install these apps on my iPod, but at least it is worth a try.

Danke und Grüße aus Graz :)

you can reinstall them. They are linked to your itunes account. So when you go for the reinstall, they will ask you to sign into iTunes to make sure you are the account holder.

And how do I get the apps into iTunes when I manually copied them with iPhone Explorer to my MacBook?

syncing issues

I had to replace my hard drive. Long story short I've got a bunch of apps and pictures on my iPhone that are not in my iTunes. When I click to sync it tells me that I will loose everything on my iPhone and replaced by what's in my iTunes. I've done the right click and transfered the apps but they are still no in my itunes. Any ideas as to what to do?

If you're still looking for a solution to this I recently had the same issue and managed to solve it by deleting all the apps in iTunes and hitting transfer purchases before doing a sync. This process copied all my apps currently on my phone back into the applications folder in iTunes.

I transferred all my apps from my old computer to my iPhone but now I can't transfer them to my new computer, I'm stuck with over 300 apps on my phone. How do I transfer them? I tried syncing the iPhone to new computer and its only syncing like 5 apps. Thank you
