Glad I found this thread, I'm not the only one. Can't install any app via Mac App Store in UK. Must be a systems outage on Apples side.

Well, this has ground my work to a halt, because I have to download some crappy app to view some documentation I need to read which I can download an .exe for PC from the companies website, but the Mac version is ONLY available from the Mac App Store! I miss the old days....

Yep. Same here. Cannot stream purchased movies either. I get the same message. Music seems okay though.

Same here, i thought it was related to my payment method as same message appears when you go to apple ID page to change payment method. My apple pay payment for my new apple tv also failed, might be due to device being swapped out though. Loads of stuff going wrong for me :S

My phone was fine ... then today I decided to do a clean Restore/Upgrade to iOS 9.1. Now I can't install a single app on my phone because of this error. So annoying.

me too. both my iMac and iPhone 6S cannot update apps or purchase them. I tried to get grim fandango, on sale for 1/2 price! to no avail...

spent 40 minutes on the phone with apple support and the guy said it should be cleared up within an hour.

I am having the same issue. I am trying to download iMovie and update Crossy road, Google sheets, paper 53, math papa, and Google docs

I managed to update one app, but the problem has now returned.
