I wasn't sure when I first saw them either. But, I just picked one up today to go with my new MacBook Pro. Man, this thing is SO nice. Feels solid, keys are perfect. I ended up getting the wired one as it give me two more USB ports for my MBP.
I've used pretty much every Mac keyboard to date, and this one is up there. The last one, the "dust collector" as someone above put it -- man, was terrible for collecting garbage in there. What were they thinking?!
This new one is so sleep, and goes with my MacBook Pro so nicely. All I need now is a 24" display to go with it.
