Imagine unskippable advertisements that pause whenever you look away; so you MUST watch it to finish the ad.

If this is anything like what they did for eye tracking on Vision Pro, apps (and web sites) do not receive tracking information. It is blocked as a privacy feature. They only get the resulting “click” if there is one.
