Greetings Just want to reintroduce myself. I started lurking the thread around Nov. Appled no response wrought it off due to the holiday. then perservered through my laziness and read from page 1 there is a lot of info in between so if your new, do yourself the favor of reading the thread. Umm found out the importance of having a cover letter created a duplicate apple ID saw some people had success with that. applied again in Dec at this Juncture i only applied to the local positions.

Then Jan 3rd i saw they resposted a lot of the positons so I applied to as many as i could like 25-30 in and out of my state received questionaire later that day.

Recieved my first phone call/interview approx 2-3 days after then first facetime was about a week and 2-3 days after that. as true to other experiences the recruiter/interviewer let me know they were moving me forward before the end of the call. after first facetime i was advised i should recieve a link to schedule 2nd facetime which I recieved about 2-3hrs later
also the offical apple application he/she also said the next interview would be more technical and if i successfully completed the next step would be backgoung check and I would hear from him/her again.

Had My 2nd Facetime interview as scheduled the interviewer complimented me on my technical expertise which I mostly owe to this thread, so thanks easy to have the answers if you know the questions (hint hint) and that i should hear from HR with in 2-3 days

Recieved hireright email the next day submitted the form the following day and now I wait.

Hope my experience help answers some questions I am also suppose to be in March class fulltime

application submitted

I received an email asking me a few questions about myself as an interview. I responded and a few minutes later I received another one about an exam with several issues from other people. The email stated that I had 4 hrs to respond. The problem was I received the email at 12:45 but the time on the email said 4:09. It seemed to be a scam. Any suggestions or input?

Apple normally has a subject line in their email apple wants to learn more about you. I mean depends on the questions ther were asking i can't see the benefit in scamming some one out of interview answers, I mean ,I can but its a lot of work for lil pay off.

I've applied on the day the job post was posted on apple site, so for some reason I was expecting the reply sooner than I imagined.

Have my 2nd interview with a Team Manager via Facetime on Tuesday coming up, pretty anxious! I hate it when I have it all together then go blank when it's gametime. lol.

If you haven't gotten the email questionnaire yet, don't worry, it doesn't always happen that quickly. I applied in November, and didn't get my questionnaire email until late December.

Just found out I was scam from a guy name Jamont Johnson saying he is from apple and he has my acct number for direct deposit and I will start on Monday spoke with apple headquarters and they said its a scam

yes it is a scam

I've had 3 interviews and my last interview was on Wednesday the 16th. I'm coming from retail and I heard from my recruiter that I needed the endorsement of my manager (which I asked for and supposedly received). I haven't had a call one way or another saying as to whether I have it or not but I felt really good about my interviews. I've been told that if selected I will also be in the March class and work the CPU side. Is there anyone else here who started in retail and made their way over to AHA?

We have one guy in our group that came over from retail and he's doing very well. Most likely because he 1. has practice dealing with annoying consumers and 2. has experience with both Macs and iOS devices.

It ticks me off to no end that I just missed the CPU hiring craze. I've been in iOS since last Sept. and I freaking hate every minute of it. If I can't switch queues and go into a more tech oriented group like CPU or enterprise then I'm bailing on this job come March.

I'm still waiting for the BRC to go through and a call/email from apple.

The waiting is killing me! The background check was good and passed onto apple a couple days ago..I really hope I get the call early next week... I can't wait any longer!

Same here i know what you mean. Its all good though Im pretty patient.

Well....after applying to all the open AHA postings (in and out of state), I got a phone call from Apple (which I was out of the room for) and the 10-question email was sent.

This is good, right?

I'm seeing many posts saying people applied for many different locations (out of 100 miles radius if I remember correctly) then getting a call back, questionnaire, interview and ending up with the position?? Although its not clear enough to determine that from people's post... can someone who did this clarify...?

When I applied in the past, I was specifically asked how far I live from the place that I applied for so wonder how people are getting away with this.

Applied for a bunch of AHA positions over the past 3 days. Haven't heard anything yet but they probably don't contact people for job openings on the weekends??? I have my degree so I'm hoping that will help me.

I remember in March of 2012 there was a "within 100 miles" caveat listed in the job posting. However, when they revamped the Apple Jobs website in uhmm... October? November? I noticed the 100 miles limit was gone, if this helps.

I'm almost positive that the limit has been removed. This came from a AHA manager.
