No. The iPhone 14 Plus isn't available as refurbished yet while the MacBook Air 15" is

How did this Snazzy person come to this $100 price difference?

15" MacBook Air M2 in 16/512 config is $1699 new.
14" MacBook Pro M2 Pro in 16/512 config is $1999 new.

That's a $300 difference.

A refurb 14" MacBook Pro M2 Pro in 16/512 config is $1699 though.
In Europe stores it’s even a bigger difference

15’ MBA M2 base model - €1,649
14’ MBP M2 base model - €2,309

So €660 or over $700 US

True. I just got the base model 16” MacBook Pro 2019 with a brand new battery, top case, keyboard, trackpad and I/O board replaced by Apple for £670 and it still has a warranty until jan 2024, so basically brand new. It’s a great laptop and good value for money!
Because the Mac Pro came out in 2019, I have a feeling it has at least two more macOS releases beyond Sonoma remaining with the last one being in extended support pretty much until the end of the decade. 10 years would be a good run.

Most likely. I must say it’s a beautiful laptop. I’ve never had a 16” MacBook before and I’m loving it so far, can’t imagine ever going back to anything smaller.
