So I have ocd and I cancelled a few orders so the two I kept Apple cancelled? Maybe they think I’m dodgy? They said on phone sales team closed until Monday. So I have credit for new iPhone and iPad but worried Apple won’t process it as they don’t know I have ocd? Has that ever happened before?

What were the orders that you cancelled and what did Apple cancel?
I decided I never wanted the iPad Pro so I ordered two iPads one for me and one for my wife and got an Apple TV both cancelled. I did make a few orders and cancel as of couldn’t offer next day delivery but maybe Apple don’t understand I have ocd? I reordered one iPad I can always use the rest on iTunes music? That’s if they even send the one iPad I ordered now?

1) how would Apple know you have ocd?
2) what does repeatedly order and cancel have to do with ocd? Computer must've flagged as something fradulent.

In a van down by the river
The problem is like the other thread you created on this subject.

You created an order, saw the website estimated a next day delivery and when you paid for the order the website changed it to two day delivery. You didn’t want to wait so you kept placing and canceling orders trying to get next day delivery when you didn’t order until 10pm.

This isn’t about ocd. This is about you being impatient and wanting your Apple devices next day. You got canceled because of how you conducted yourself on their website. You triggered their system to flag possible fraud from all the ordering and cancelling trying to get next day delivery.

Ah ok. I ordered one iPad now to see if that goes through and Apple said they will call Monday. Maybe I can apologise and it might go through?

If you made a new order, leave it be and it may go through. In the future, order well before 10pm if possible. And if it takes an extra day, so be it. Apple is excellent about making sure you get your order. You could also visit their store directly and pickup your order if you live close enough.

You learned a good lesson and next time you will do better. We all get impatient about different things at times. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Thanks yes I found out you can’t use Apple credit in iTunes to order so I had to do it online. Anyway two separate orders and I checked with Apple today and they said it’s fine to order two. And yes it’s better to be patient and wait in future.

I a bit ocd about refurbs too. Twice I had an iPad and iPhone with F in the serial at start but I believe the F would be in model number of it was a refurb? In both cases it was M model number.

This seems to be far too complicated using online ordering….
As stated above go to a physical store, there are 40 in the UK, so you must have one close by.

Failing that…there is also John Lewis, Argos, Currys.

So Apple can block orders from customers now? I never knew that

Like any business. Especially if the customer has a funky order history. Believe it or not, that also affects businesses and they might act accordingly. And they have no ocd.

Yes but I found out I can’t use the credit I bought on iTunes so £1500 of credit to can’t use. I spend it on the vouchers I don’t have the cash to go to store?

Surely I can go to citizens advice? £1500 of iTunes credit I can’t use?

Why the actual f did you buy ITUNES credit and expect to buy hardware with it? The clue should have been in the name ITUNES. And a simple google search would have confirmed this. I don’t understand why you have done any of the things you have done, it’s like you’re trying to screw yourself

You can use the iTunes credit for products I know because I have in the past no issues!
