Why the actual f did you buy ITUNES credit and expect to buy hardware with it? The clue should have been in the name ITUNES. And a simple google search would have confirmed this. I don’t understand why you have done any of the things you have done, it’s like you’re trying to screw yourself
Can be many reasons why people do this. Some get this as "gifts" from their company.
I have a mate who's running hos own business and has a pile of gifts-cards with in-store credit for different places.

Its a way to get around tax for some I guess, not saying this is whats happening here but just to name one reason why people get "credit".

I a bit ocd about refurbs too. Twice I had an iPad and iPhone with F in the serial at start but I believe the F would be in model number of it was a refurb? In both cases it was M model number.

No, they do not change the serial number of a device is an Apple returb. Why would they? They just change it on their systems to be marked as a refurb. Much simpler and easier. Anyway absolutely nothing wrong with Apples refurb products. I got a refurb 14" M3 Max MacBook Pro and it's utterly faultless and spotless, or was spotless when I unboxed it lol. But I wouldn't worry about a refurb.

Update just had another two iPads cancelled despite speaking on phone and txt to Apple and I’m still having issues any ideas?

Yes, go to Amazon, get next day delivery, and if you can't get it they will tell you before you pay.

Or as already said as you are in the UK, go to Argos, John Lewis, Curry's, Apple, to buy your iPads.
But if you've bought £1500 worth of ITunes credit, Apple is the only one who can help you fix that.

This already sums up what happened:

The problem is like the other thread you created on this subject.

You created an order, saw the website estimated a next day delivery and when you paid for the order the website changed it to two day delivery. You didn’t want to wait so you kept placing and canceling orders trying to get next day delivery when you didn’t order until 10pm.

This isn’t about ocd. This is about you being impatient and wanting your Apple devices next day. You got canceled because of how you conducted yourself on their website. You triggered their system to flag possible fraud from all the ordering and cancelling trying to get next day delivery.

Nothing more to add...

Apple don’t know that you have OCD unless you tell them, and even if you had done so when confirming with them that it was OK to order two iPads, the staff member you spoke to was probably talking generally and did not note it on your account or cancel any restriction that might have been placed to prevent the orders from being shipped.

Apple can probably legally refuse to ship you an iPad, on the basis that repeated cancelling of orders costs them money, looks dodgy (they don’t want the police to take the view that they haven’t done enough to detect and prevent crime) or at the very least, is a nuisance. They aren’t refusing your custom simply because you have OCD, which would be illegal in many countries.

It may be that Apple/the small claims court end up considering whether or not your pattern of ordering is something that a person with OCD would reasonably do. How many Pro orders did you cancel before deciding you wanted two other iPads instead? If they were all the same configuration, reordering wasn’t going to magically get it to arrive sooner, unless you ordered for collection at a store that had it in stock. Changing the configuration would have been a more reasonable thing to do if you were set on getting the iPad quickly, given that stock levels of each will vary.

I have come across cases on consumer forums of people having credit stuck with Wayfair and Amazon because they would no longer allow the customer concerned to place an order.
