So i bought the iPhone X last month and I would really love to add AC+.. Unfortunately I don’t have a credit card.. Is it possible to buy AC+ in an Apple retail store?

They were misinformed. You can buy AppleCare+ online, through a phone call, or IN STORE. That Apple Store is feeding you a line of BS.

No, I don't think so. While I haven't taken the plunge on getting AC+, I was told by the apple store folks, I can do it there after the fact - I'll just need to have them inspect it
