Am I correct that UPS will require a signature on these iPhone deliveries? At one point I saw “No signature required” which I figured was odd for these devices.

Mine shows it will be left at the front door. I get a lot of packages (Amazon), and UPS has my signature on file, so no indication of a signature required for this.

Another reason I was really hoping for tomorrow or Saturday delivery, as someone is home those days.

I'm honestly pretty disappointed that I've had no update on my phone since Departing Anchorage yesterday at 4:50pm. Where the heck could it be? It's nearly impossible I'll get it tomorrow at this point. Hopefully it'll be in the continental US by Monday. :(

Me too. Should have left over 20 hours ago for a 5.5 hour flight, and nothing. Some kind of update should have happened by now, even if it's to acknowledge that they messed up and caused another delay or something.

It’ll come tomorrow. I have faith. UPS has a lot of packages right now, and tracking is going to be slow. I’d be completely blown away if our phones haven’t been in the CONUS for hours. Let’s just relax. If there’s no tracking update by tonight i’d be worried, but i’ve had packages delivered from UPS before it even showed up as out for delivery.

Right? It left Anchorage over 24 hours ago and hasn't been scanned in anywhere? Tracking isn't "slow," I don't think - it's automated and online. It just shows up when it gets scanned in. Something is weird.

Nothing happened after the departure scan from Anchorage AK yesterday :( I wish my hubby’s X could arrive sooner b/c it’s his early Christmas gift since his 6S died a couple days ago

it’s not updated instantly. sometimes there’s glitches. and the amount of data being pushed to the server is going to cause delays.

Glad I’m not the only one who’s tracking hasn’t updated. Luckily Louisville is the next stop then our local hub, I guess there might be a slim chance it could be delivered tomorrow, just depends on when it will arrive in KY

Eh, I work in technology and they're not pushing that much data. We're talking about location scans and status. Nothing crazy. Google handles more data in a second than UPS does in a day.

It’s crazy cause I feel like we are SO close to getting our phones but yet so far away.. all we need is a Louisville scan and there will be a glimmer of hope, but it seems like an eternity

that Louisville scan is gonna come for us eventually and the conspiracy theories are gonna sound real silly at that point :D

Raw data of course not, but there’s just an influx of packages this particular week. It’s bound to cause some hiccups in tracking.
