Getting a little concerned about my dad’s phone that I ordered. Apple still says it’s scheduled for delivery Friday, but I’m not having any luck looking up the reference number like I could for mine. Anyone else having issues?
I also show 10/23 delivery, but no hits on UPS...

Out of curiosity if anybody is in the know, could Apple already have shipped a few plane loads of iPhones to the United States just prior to the last Thursday announcement? Therefore, some may already be in Louisville, Ky for Thursday or Friday release to the customer? And this may be a reason why some are not receiving a shipping scan since it’s already here. I know I’m throwing this out to left field, but I have nothing else to do today but to ask questions. ?
That's what I'm hoping for!

FYI, sometimes you may not see tracking info until the day before. Some phones are already stateside. As others have posted, I have seen phones somehow get from China to their destination rather quickly. As in, phone shops Thursday and was at my doorstep Friday. Don’t know how they do it.

Speculation, but if that were true they would probably send those to stores. I think that would be cheaper than breaking down pallets and individually mailing them again. Cheaper to send in bulk to stores.

@Checksix2x , I think we’re ✈ COA1007. ??‍♂️
I honestly don't know which flight we're on. There's another CLX flight (CLX9761) scheduled to take off in approx 20 minutes. It could be any of the three flights as far as I can tell. I would think they'd have to have at least 2 and possibly more 747s to move all the phones.
