Nope UPS does not do imports in AK. That’s why they have worldport that’s the whole point that is the main hub.

Fair enough. I may be mistaken. Could also be going to storage until ready to ship out for a 10/23 delivery 10/21 would be nice but not likely). Just guessing. Timelines don’t add up.

Thing is with current COVID shipping volume storing all these for days is extremely unrealistic. That’s why we think early delivery could actually be a thing this go around.

I took a look at the map of planes and there’s nothing even in the air that’s an option.

They’ll take care of it. I’ve had defects with FaceID and I didn’t have to use my AppleCare.

That happened to my Series 0 Apple Watch. The face fell out of the watch. Apple sent me a Series 1 as a replacement. I did have Apple Care however but I think they would have replaced it because it was caused by a swollen battery

We saw a few flights last year that where non UPS flights and they didn’t show up until later. We may be just on an unscheduled charter flight.

I just ordered the magsafe and the 20w charger for pick up tomorrow morning. Don’t have to wait to November for the magsafe.

Still weird how My UPS is showing 10/21 for delivery but Apple continues to show preparing for shipping for 10/23. I'm assuming Apple with clearly intervene once it gets to KY and they'll tell UPS to stop the shipment in its tracks until Thursday.

This is normal. Apple won’t publish the tracking on their order status until day before delivery.

Nah if they wanted them held that would be pre planned. You don’t ship hundreds of thousands of items and tell the carrier to hold them for 2 days on no notice. Doesn’t work that way.

I've been stalking this thread since Friday when I preordered my iPhone 12 Pro in Graphite. I did not sleep at all Thursday night and preordered the second the site went live. I am also on this plane with you all and am extremely excited to find out we passed Alaska hours ago haha. My delivery date has also returned to the "end of day Wednesday " eta headed to Omaha NE. I have not been this excited for an iPhone since 2013 with the iPhone 5s, my first ever iPhone.

It very well could be sitting for two days. It's not like we can do anything about it.
