Good question. I’m hoping that we get an email soon. The App Store says I’m eligible for an upgrade but doesn’t let you pre approve.

I haven't pre-ordered in a long time, and when I did it was through T-mobile (and a pain) can anyone explain how apple preorders work, does your t-mobile account get charged the monthly payments or?

Yeah it was 8am eastern for me last year as well. Much better than having to wake up at 3am!

So the base model is not for you. That's why they make other models.

Yeah it was 8am eastern for me last year as well. Much better than having to wake up at 3am!

Agreed. I normally wake up at 6 am. So it will be smooth process for me.
