Like many here my phone left Anchorage on 10/19...no import scan in Louisville...nothing. UPS My Choice still shows delivery yesterday, lol. I'm pretty sure I remember this happening with previous iPhone launches but it's just weird that the package was tracked all the way through China to the US then it's like it disappears for a while.
Same situation, Although online Apple changed from Oct 23rd. to Tomorrow. Only change, hoping for an update by noon today. I have faith they will be here tomorrow! I have had launch day deliveries for several years and it seems a little different every time.
So, CKS817 is indeed making a special trip to SDF this morning. I would ignore the arrival/departure scan at ANC since someone likely entered that manually ahead of its actual arrival/departure. Again... there’s only one possible reason why an airline other than UPS makes a special international trip between China and SDF...
If this is true, then those on this flight *might* not get an import scan until 1 pm at earliest. Of course... UPS does have the ability to clear packages in transit, so that could drive the possibility for an earlier import scan too.

Any idea when mine will make it SDF? It’s showing mine left ANC at 8pm, but did not see any flights leaving at that time.
Me, too. I had hoped of a status change and I’d get delivery tomorrow but still nothing. Oh well.
Who has an experience with Apple Pick Up? My pick up time tmr at 12-12:15. What time should I be there?

You guys are lucky. My phone is instill in Processing on Apple's website. Ordered 40 mins after pre-orders opened. Projected delivery is Oct 28

I was about 15 minutes early. Had to checkin outside of the store. Then had to wait in line for a symptom check and temperature scan.
So 11:45-ish.
I'd recommend the same, and remember to step back 6 feet after they do your temp scan, many people were just walking into the store instead of stepping back and waiting for their time slot.
The orders page on apple.com and the Apple Store app seems to be down right now. Others experiencing this? Says “Orders not available at this time. Please try again later.”
Hmm, wondering if my AK scan is inaccurate. But then again, mine left Zhengzhou at 5:07 am on 10/22

Anyone notice that UPS has made a change to the my choice portion of their site? No more calendar view now is what I’m seeing.
Guess the calendar view works for a desktop, but on both my iphone and iPad I’m no longer seeing it even when selecting to view the desktop website.
It’s working for me on mobile too. I had ups app installed so when I logged into ups.com it opened the app. I deleted the app because the ups.com site seems to give more info.
