Sorry everyone, I've been off of the forums all weekend, just checked my tracking this morning and was pleasantly surprised at how much activity there is! I can't dig through this thread to see, but has anyone else seen a stopover in Osaka in UPS?

How are you guys having it held at the CC via UPS phone system? When I call all I can get it to tell me is my item is in transit but I can’t get an option to have it held for pickup.

In past years I had good luck reaching out to UPS over Twitter DMs to hold at the CC. It was always weird to me that that was the most consistent way of getting the problem solved, but it worked. Trying to do it in the app all I could find were lockers or UPS stores. I never tried calling directly.

I may try Twitter. I thought a few pages back some were saying they managed to use the automated phone system to have it held at CC.

They should start departing today. As long as mine gets on a truck Thursday for the drive to Chicago, I will get it Friday.

I was just looking at that. I think we should still get our phones. Unless the storm intensifies a little more we should be able to get them on Friday still.

Hoping you're right, I went for in store pick up, thankfully I am on the east coast so I'm holding out faith unless it decides to speed up and get stronger.

yea I was going to do that but I decided to get it delivered. As long as we don't flood I think we should be good. We are on the same coast!🙌🙌
