something alarming for iphone 12 pro max crew thats stuck in zengzhou. My ups my choice shows status with "exception" but when i click on the tracking to go into details, i dont see it. Anyone else?

I have an exception also. I think it has to do with apple requiring UPS to wait until Friday to deliver them. Same thing happened with my XS max. It showed up on the scheduled day.

They'll probably all arrive Friday anyway. The minis will be held in a warehouse until they're ready to be sent out.

I had this issue. Then I realized that my UPS account email address and Apple ship to email address was different. I created another account with UPS with the email address same as my apple ship to email address and then shipping details showed up.

Thanks, Juju56. It helped. I had to update delivery address on UPS My Choice app to exactly match the  shipment address, and then able to successfully ‘retrieve’ the ups tracking number.

I tried updating my email and phone number (currently both blank) for matching information and I’m getting ‘service temporarily unavailable’.

I’m still in “Processing” status and sometime in the last hour my estimated delivery date changed to Nov 20-24. (iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 Graphite. Order confirmation 5 minutes after preorder started.)

ahem..., UPS MyChoice did 'know nothing about my package !', I already have the email and phone # used for  purchase linked to MyUPS .

Called UPS Int'l on phone. They asked to check tomorrow and in the meantime keep hope !!,

With iPhone 12 Pro three weeks ago my phone finally left ZZ on my Wednesday night, Thursday morning in China. Made it to SDF (Louisville) with plenty of time to spare. UPS can easily get the phone to anywhere in the US from China in 24 hours, so nothing to worry about!

UPS My Choice is the place to see your relevant tracking info. The Apple Store app will show "preparing to ship" until some time on Thursday afternoon, while the UPS app will give specific info about the phone's location.

All phones leaving China any time this week will sit in SDF until Thursday afternoon at which point they will be shipped out across the US to be delivered on Friday. The people who had iPhone 12 Pro phones ship this early in October spent several days fixated on the lack of updates after they arrived in Anchorage, I spent that time fixating on my phone still sitting in ZZ.
