Right!? I think 2020 was my Apple year - a new iPhone and a MBP (oh my!). I'll still hang around learn about new products and whatnot but a part of me will be sad the tracking will soon be over. You guys are a great bunch and this experience was a million times better than when I got my X.That's hilarious, because I was literally doing the same thing! I went out for a run and on the times I was collecting myself, I find myself doing CS support with @Theyayarealivin and giving advice on how to follow up on UPS Exceptions! 🤣 Once you're veteran at this, you help those that haven't experienced it or are new to the preorder game.
It's a totally fun and happening forum. We're all crazy excited to get our phones, then kinda sift ourselves through reality again once its in our hands, until the next release (or for me, the one after that after that) Enjoy the awesome vibes while it's there!
And for the record, dinner was chicken and aspargus with penne pasta and vodka sauce.
I wonder if my MBP will be shipping from China(?) it's funny because although I'm excited for a new laptop after 7+ years I'm more patient towards it. The iPhone was where my excitement stemmed from but I should probably start shopping around for some accessories.

That would be nice. Only thing that concerns me is if the Magsafe wallet falls off the back, I don't know how a magsafe battery pack would hold up.

So jealous of the MBP!!! 🤣 I totally forgot that iPhone/iPad apps will run on Apple Silicon, so now I have to think hard if I need to petition for a Mac mini to test on, or just buy my own, but I seriously don't want to be $2k in the hole! lol.
But for the year 2020 is, we're all looking for something to give a positive swing, and this is totally it for us Apple fanbois, fangirls, however you like to identify.
It's totally a good crew this year, so why not enjoy it together in a year that's been so blah? And yeah, totally homemade and sounds way more fancier than it should. lol. Also a big reason why I went running for 2 miles. Pretty sure the pasta won.
