Funny you say this: do you remember the movie Cast Away? During the opening credits, we see a package travel through the FedEx system and end up with Tom Hanks in a snowy Russia. And for some reason, I find all of that so fascinating. I don't know. Just do. Second best part of the movie, behind "Wilson!"
We have a soccer ball size round wooden African mask hanging on a wall that we named Wilson. HA!

I was not able to sleep properly until I have paid my special thanks. I could not have resisted.

Out of excitement, I literally woke up at 04:30 AM, decided to drive down to McCarren International Airport to catch the UPS flight (UPS 892 A306), and watch it lands safely. Yes!!! It is carrying my new baby! My new iPhone. It is this exact moment that I have waited for so long.

Well, guess what? I was able to watch it land and watch the crew unpacking the pallets. Some of these authentic pictures are highly confidential due to being shot at a PROHIBITED AREA.

Also, special thanks and major shout out to all the INTERNAL CONNECTIONS! THEM SOURCES WERE RUNNING HIGHLY DEEP - CargoLux and UPS Crew Members! Ya’ll know who you are.

I have to catch up with some sleep now, have dark circles under my eyes and

It’s freezing in Las Vegas 🥲

Talk to ya'll shortly friends. I'll try to make it home safe now.

If I ever ever ever ever ever end up in a drinking competition with you, or asked to like rob a bank with you, I will now definitely know to bring my A game so I don’t look like a chump!!! This is truly going all the way and I’m crazy impressed!

Good Morning, I’m home now. It is currently 6:18 AM in Las Vegas, Nevada. Clear skies 😇

Today is the Day. Happy Friday! Happy iPhone day. Thank you everyone for being here. I salute and admire the dedication of every single one of you.

This week was not easy. Many ups ⬆️⬆️ and downs ⬇️⬇️. From being stuck in China for almost 3 days (because of a delayed flight) to watching many people from the 8:00 crew/9:00 crew leaving us behind in China. Perhaps, it was such a long and highly anticipated week. However, everyone in this thread made it easier and alive. So, THANK YOU! 🙇🏻‍♀️

I hope you wonderful people enjoy your new iPhone. This iPhone will be spending time with you at all times. Make sure you take a lot of great photos, talk to your loved ones, build memories, play cool games, watch movies and so on. It is a very special product. It means so much to many of us.

I hope to come back and really expecting to see a lot of you back in September 2021 for iPhone 13. Until then... Enjoy your iPhone. I shall see y’all in 10 months.

Stay Happy and Stay Safe. The world is yours. 🌏🗺📢🔊
Please don’t forget to share your excitement today. Let’s celebrate together and spread the love.

P.S. Dedicating this lovely song for this year's iPhone launch. Enjoy and Happy unboxing. 📦📱😍

I will post pictures of my iPhone around 10AM PST :)

Just to ease the tension, I looked up my serial number for my new PM, found out that it was born somewhere between November 2 and November 8. Week 45. Can’t wait. Hurry up UPS!! They usually deliver late afternoon to early evening here. ?

So Calif
Then why not bring them to my door lol.
Technically if the UPS driver felt safe in leaving your device on the sidewalk or driveway because you live in a rural area - that's acceptable.

Where I live in a urban area, the driver would never leave in on my mailbox - he would walk it over to the front door.

With COVID, the driver may ask you for your name and punch it in.
He/she will not want you to touch their scan device.

I was just suprised cause they didn’t ask for my name or anything and left it on the mailbox next to a busy road.

What does this mean and it did arrive at my local ups I’m scared
You should be fine. It's at your destination and on it's way to you. That custom thing is okay, just for the audit purpose in case UPS gets audited since this packages are coming from China.

Just got mine. It's very big. Im coming from a 11pro max. Im going to give it a week to see if i can adjust to the weight and size. Not loving it at all.
Give it some time.
I said the same thing with my XS Max.
Now I am used to the large size albeit, 2 handed use
