YASS! My watch has already left Louisville (en route to PHX at this point I guess), but my Xs Max 256 Gold is dragging butt around Alaska... but happy to see it no longer inching through Incheon

How did you get it fixed?

I originally used my work address but I ended up calling UPS to get it corrected and then requested for them to hold my phone/watch at the closest CC.

If I change my mind about the color I want, can I just take it to the store any time during the return period and swap it for the color I want? Assuming I find the color I want in stock during the return period at a store

I think the planes arriving in Louisville are kinda already sorted. Like the ones arriving later are getting on later flights as well

I got shipped notifications on all 3 of my orders from Apple! Is it Friday yet? Also I checked the serial numbers over at http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html and I have a production week 32 for my 256gb Space Gray XS so that makes it the week of August 5th. The Gold 64gb XS has a production week of 36 making it the week of September 2nd. The Space Black SS 44MM Watch has a production week of 37 making it last week, the week of September 9th!

I forgot that you can get your serial number from the invoice, before it arrives. My 512GB Silver Xs Max is "Production week - 35- (September) Production Year - 2018"

Yes, IF the model/color/size that you want is available, you can exchange (would be two transactions - return and re-purchase) for the new one... but going into launch day, finding exactly what you want MAY prove to be quite difficult. Based on historical experience, I'd say your chances of getting it done will be pretty slim.

Don’t think you can just swap it. You would have to do a return first.

Yes. Apple is one of the best companies when it comes to returns / exchanges. No restocking fee, online orders are just as easy to find as in store orders, etc. just have your order number or invoice pulled up on your phone before you exchange and wipe your old phone. They can also look you up by email too.

I did that two years ago. Apple store had stock of the 7's and it was pretty easy.

Yes, you can do that within your 14 day return period.
