Wow, I'm impressed by the search feature.

Didn't even realize it was real-time until you pointed it out, cool!

On a slightly related note, when I enter my password in .Mac and click enter, it tries to search for nothing, because the search field is on all pages, so now I have to use my mouse to click "login", slightly annoying.

Just finished taking a comprehensive browse through the site and it all looks very good! Changing things up every once and a while is a good thing, especially when you end up with results like this. Nice one Apple. :)

Every once in a while? I dont think I have seen it change once in the 5 years I have been visiting it!

Am I the only one who can't find anything anymore? I really miss the submenus and the dedicated tabs for .mac and Quicktime. The dynamic search on the homepage is nice, but it locked up Safari the first time I actually tried to click one of the links. As a web designer, I've used apple.com countless times to demonstrate ease of use in navigation. Not anymore. :(

I don't like it as much as the old design. I personally still do not like the iTunes 7-esque interface, and I probably never will, I say bring back the old Aqua interface.

ah the US site has the new look but the UK site same old same old. is this saying something about leopard in the UK? getting it latter than the US?

I think they just haven't got around to it yet. It takes a lot of effort to remove all the iPhone references! :p

NZ doesn't have it yet either.

Am i the only one that finds the site a little too utilitarian? It's very cold and unfriendly. Functionality wise it's fine, but the appearance it's very Apple friendly and more "Apple owns your soul" ... :)

I don't get why they haven't updated the uk site, might be a trial only in the us?

If everyone doesn't like it, they'll scrap it, make a new design, saves designing every nations site only to have everyone hate it and it taken down...
