Us later deliveries need some love too, right?
Post what you ordered and when it shall be arriving!

I for one got trapped in Apples "We'll Be Back Shortly" on all ends and unfortunately the dates slipped :(

I ordered a 128gb Black iPhone 7 Plus!

I think they purposely do these dates so you end up getting it earlier and are happier than normal.

Hope so!!! Can't wait!!! LOL

I checked 30 min ago processing. Just checked before the post of the case and it changed.

Your iPhone with 4-10 oct delivery date already preparing for shipment?

I woke up at 2:40 AM to make sure I wouldn't miss the pre-order. 3:00 AM rolls around and the store is still down...3:01...3:02...........3:08 AM, still down on my iPhone via Apple Store App and Mac via Safari. Around 3:09 AM I was finally able to get in online via my Mac and ordered my Jet Black 128GB iPhone 7+. By the time I had gotten in, the online store was estimating dates into late September, but apparently in the two minutes my order took, dates had slipped, because the confirmation email reports a window between 10/4 and 10/10.

Also ordered a 256GB Jet Black 7+ a few minutes later and got the same window.

Trying to stay optimistic about this one but after the fiasco with the Apple Watch launch last year, I'm not too hopeful. I'm going to call all of my local AT&T's on Friday to see if they have any in stock and hopefully I can pick one up in store, providing I still haven't received the ones I preordered yet, at which point I'll cancel the preorders. What a mess.

How often do people usually get their pre-orders earlier than estimated?

It would defiantly be nice to get it this month instead of early October.

Hasn't happened to me so I can't say, however lots of people are remaining hopeful that their phones will come sooner than their delivery windows as Apple tends to be "pessimistic" about their dates in order to beat expectations. Also, people change/delete orders so a lot can happen between now and next Friday.

A couple of years ago I had a friend who was told to expect his IP (I think it was the 6) in late October. He actually received it about 3 weeks earlier than he was first told to expect it.

Two years ago when I ordered the 6+ my delivery dates were early to mid October, and I ended up getting it at the end of September. I remember it well because I was at the apple store purchasing a case when I got the shipping notification via email.

SLC
when i originally was able to get into Apple.com, it was like 1:12am here in SLC. AT&T was having all sorts of issues.

anyways, i wanted the jet black, but the shipping date got pushed back to November. I am just going to wait, as i have to pay $70 to upgrade from my Note4 - but by next month i won't have to pay - plus i won;t have to wait much longer if i buy it next month anyways.

I did order a Rose 7 plus for my wife, so i can see if i like it..

Everybody put your order details in the signature so you don't have to keep writing it, then next year we don't have to pull up old threads to compare with.

Anyways, my order says still processing, details in the sig.

I just saw someone post that their 10/4 delivery date is already "preparing shipment" so I think that is pretty positive news for the OCT people
