My coworker and I both ordered 7+ 128GB Gold ATT from apple.com
She ordered on 9.12 and had a Oct 5-11 window. She received a ship notice with Sep 29th delivery day.
I ordered on 9.13 and have a Oct 6-12 window. Still processing.

Well it's arrived and it is PERFECT.
Setting it up as new so it's a pain. But LOVING it.
No hissing or whatever. Perfect.

I also bought the 12th night. I have since October 5 to 11 and is still being processed. Seeing what you say I hope will change to shipped soon

Mine is Oct 18th to 31st, may be long way to go. Wanted to check if any moment at all for T-mobile version of JB 7+We need your estimated delivery dates to give you some info

Jet Black Plus phones are indeed being delivered but it seems like Apple and UPS have been having issues lately (delayed deliveries; from https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/iphone-7-7-apple-com-pre-order-thread.1992276 )
Ordered at __:16, still processing as well, iPhone 7+ 128 JB256 JB+ **:18 still processing.
Oh… Mine's showing an expected delivery date of Oct 7-14

Did you order through IUP? My JB+ 128 with early Oct. delivery has not moved at all, still processing…

Ordered 9/9 @ 12:12 PST Apple store
Oct 18th-31st expected delivery. Called Apple and changed the shipping to next day. Now reads Oct 11th-17th. Card just charged a few minutes ago. Status has finally moved to Preparing for Shipment.

Yes I did through the program. What is weird is the other I have on order had an earlier date and is scheduled to be paid in full has no movement.
It seems they prioritized the IUP customers due to the bad preorder experience
