Could this great idea by Dell be out because sales aren't doing so great? Maybe...
Dell is losing money and looking for incentives to get customers. Good idea. However, for me, I see it as slightly cheapening the brand. I'm not buying perks, I'm buying a computer.
Please don't pull facts and figures out of thin air - it only gives PC fans the opportunity to look at us Mac folks and call us kool-aid drinking nuts who don't know what we're talking about.

I just updated my I POD to 2.0 and I had a problem with it actually i still do It doesn't play through my I POD interface on my car.
Anyway when I called apple technical support I got India so apple is sending their tech support to India.
Looks like they are following everybody else.
