Apple don't care about software piracy.

I don't know about Apple but Microsoft constantly buys things off E-bay to check for piracy and each month they publicly announce their lawsuits and who it is against! They even say for what, where and their full name!

The reason Apple doesn't care is because it would cost them more to sue the guy than to let it go.

I'm suggesting Apple go after Ebay, not the seller.

There's nothing wrong with the grammar. For example when referring to Apple one uses the pronoun "they", not "she". Therefore: 'they don't...'

Apple is not a collective. Apple is a company. A company is a singlular entity. Therefore:

Apple does not or doesn't

If it had stated Apple employees. That would be another story.

I'm sure that if you refer to an authority in these matters you will find that either “don't” or “doesn't” are equally correct in this case.
