Do you guys know if we can pick it up at a later date if we can't make our reserved window?

Got my notification a couple hours ago the phone will be available for pickup tomorrow.

I wonder if I can go early. I initially chose a 4:30 - 5:00 window.

Mine still says processing but my pickup window is for tomorrow.. we'll see if we get a notification over night. My friend works in a different store and they are doing an overnight shift to "set up" for the launch.

Mine too! Ready to be picked up!

Does anyone know if you can actually pick it up at some other time of the day? My check-in is at 6:00pm but I actually have time in the morning to pick it up. Apple site had no options to change time.

You have to pick it up within that time-frame. I was lucky enough to get an 8AM. That's the reason why they schedule it by hour so there isn't a long line or mess.

If I did show up early do you think they would turn me away? Or would it depend on management and the mood of the employees?

Not too sure. I mean if you got time I'll give it a go but I am 99% they'll just say we can't sell it to you until your time comes.

It's the morning of pickup and I'm still sitting at processing with a check in time of 8-8:30am and I still haven't got an email that it's ready to be picked up. I'm in Milwaukee anyone else in the same boat?

Maybe they are too busy to scan and tag each phone which is preventing the ready for pickup? I'd still show up at your time even if you don't get it.

I would go. Computers might be down or something. Keep us posted!
So got to the Apple Store and they told me that my phone is on the way to the store for my check in time. Got there about 7:15am and my phone literally was ready to pick up right when the store opened!!! I have a 7+ 256 gb black and it absolutely gorgeous!!!

Had 4:30 reservation.
Arrived at 3:30, got in line, they put one person with a 3:00 reservation who arrived later in front of me.
Entered the store around 3:45, left the store with phone still in shrink wrapped box at 4:15.
A very smooth experience for me.

Not really unlocked though,as the att/tmobile will work only on those 2 networks and the verizon/sprint will work on all 4 here in the usa....

Unlocked, and not compatible with a network are two completely different things. A phone that's locked to a network will not work on another network, even if it physically, functionally can. Totally different than a CDMA phone on a GSM network - that's not locked, it's just incompatible.

Anyone else get a pending charge before pickup, then have that pending charge dropped? Did I just pickup a free iPhone?
