I blame you for this. You didn’t intervene and today I bought the light blue Nike band and the pollen sport band.

My shelf of bands is becoming a bit crowded.

I love the CB and have them in saddle brown, black, red and midnight blue. Yet mine all are all 3rd generation design which I prefer over the latest design. IMHO its buckle is too bulky

Depending on use it is getting darker (patina) Not as quick and much as the iPhone cases in the same color saddle brown.

Just a matter of taste....I also don't like the Moderne Buckle. Too big for my taste

very much in par. I have Apple Classic Buckle bands rev 3 and Apple Leather Loops to compare so no knock offs. This is very personal but for me after breaking in, the Classic buckle feels a tad less stiff. (as it I missing the segments)...but for example my Nike Pure Platinum Sport Loop I the most comfy strap ever...

But if somebody says the Leather Loop is more comfy I can cope with that too

Why u prefer the smaller buckle?

Just to give a different perspective, I like the current 4th generation Classic Buckle bands more than the earlier versions. There’s a very nice symmetry now between the shape of the front (watchface) and back (buckle) and the leather itself is softer.

In general, the Classic Buckle bands are just awesome and IMO the best way to give the AW a more classy/formal look. My personal favourites are Taupe, Ruby and Sapphire; close runner-ups would be Sunflower and Dark Aubergine.
