Yeah they "misworded" it just like they "misworded" that you can browse the internet on the iPhone while on the phone... except that you can't unless you are a) on WiFi or b) in the probably 2% of the country that's on AT&T NOM-1 ... just another woopsie daisy slip up on Apple's part.
My god... The iPhone Bluetooth Headset is the iPhone Nano!"Enjoy wireless convenience and crystal-clear audio when talking on your iPhone. The iPhone Bluetooth Headset features a single button that lets you make and receive phone calls simply and intuitively. And the innovative design is sure to turn a few heads."
Where did they advertise you can take a call while surfing via EDGE? The video of the web browser showed that it was connected via Wifi.
Agreed, it did. You think the average consumer noticed that?
The videos touted the feature while never qualifying it as one that was only available under certain circumstances.
That's smoke and mirrors bull****. The burden is with the manufacturer to offer FULL disclosure on what their products can and can't do.
Being ambiguous is almost as immoral as flat out being dishonest.
Not really. You are being the complete idiot for making up things that Apple never even said, if they actually wrote down: Receive calls while browsing the internet over EDGE or Wifi. Then maybe, maybe you'd have a valid argument. But the point in fact still stands, they not once said you can or cannot receive a phone call while browsing via the EDGE network.
It's not a matter of whether the 'average' consumer notices or not, it's a matter of how you went on to call it completely false advertisement when they didn't even do a thing.
I still don't remember any time Apple said "we have voice dialing"
BTW I hate voice dialing.
You are being the complete idiot...
