With Apple's newly updated MagSafe charger and a 30W power adapter, the iPhone 16 models can charge at up to 25W wirelessly over MagSafe, which is 10W faster than Qi2.
Which means, Qi3 is likely going to have a target of 25W as standard.
I'm sure that Samsung and Google already probably has Android phones that supports a theoretical 25W Qi3 charging in the works for the future......

Haha, funny zombie thread to resurrect. Qi2 will likely support 25 watts next year. 15 watts is the minimum for the spec, but it has significant overhead to increase that number.

Other companies in China already have wireless chargers that hit 25 watts, but those are only based on the Qi2 open standard and aren't technically Qi2 compatible. Expect significant gains as Qi2 gains additional adoption.

Qi3 will be far more than 25 watts.
