So be it, I have no idea who this young lady is, but I'm pretty sure nobody will remember her in a year or so anyway. You must be what the kids would refer to as a "boomer"![]()

Err. I mean this is her second hit album and she's a former Disney kid so I'd say we'll be hearing about her for awhile. So be it, I have no idea who this young lady is, but I'm pretty sure nobody will remember her in a year or so anyway.
I wish her well, unfortunately the music industry is pretty cruel - great at churning out new artists as the next best thing every week/month, constantly bringing in new ones to replace last month's flavours (and it really has nothing to do with actual talent, either). But yeah, there are more ways for artists to make their music available, so it is positive.Err. There are so many new artist these days because its so much easier to get your music out in the world now that there's so many that are even pretty popular that a lot of people don't know these days. Especially if they only listen to a few different genres of music. But ya she's already a pretty big star in the category female pop artists.
She'll probably get back into acting as well.
Does that make it become less snappy?Did it overheat during the shoot?
Sorry, someone had to ask.
We may not know who she is, but we can say that she sounds like a lot of unknown stuff we've heard before. You must be what the kids would refer to as a "boomer"![]()
That's fair unknown to you I guess. Doesn't mean it can't be fun. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean millions of others haven't. She's cashing the big cheques so the formula is working for her.We may not know who she is, but we can say that she sounds like a lot of unknown stuff we've heard before.![]()
How old are you? I’m younger GenX and know who she is. I even like a couple of her songs.Olivia who????
Me too! (although I'd have trouble rocking a cute top and short skirt like her :\I feel so empowered to shoot my own music videos now
I dont think it goes i-Gen->Boomers.You must be what the kids would refer to as a "boomer"![]()
Nahhh, ppl like me just don't like 🗑️. I mean the demoralization of the music industry is surrealYou must be what the kids would refer to as a "boomer"![]()
It's iPhone 15 Pros all the way down. Was the iPhone 15 Pro used to make the behind-the-scenes video? iPhone 15 Pro recording iPhone 15 Pro recording Olivia Rodrigo?
It wouldn't be surprising, Olivia Rodrigo seems quite the hotshot.Did it overheat during the shoot?
Good job Apple, let's normalize destroying property. There's a scene in the ad where she drags a key along the length of a car.

Yes, video was shot before the release of iOS 17.0.3Did it overheat during the shoot?
Sorry, someone had to ask.
Apple today shared a "Shot on iPhone 15 Pro" ad starring singer Olivia Rodrigo on its YouTube channel in Canada. The video provides a brief behind-the-scenes look at a music video that Rodrigo and her team shot entirely on the iPhone 15 Pro. Apple first shared the behind-the-scenes video on YouTube in the U.S. last month, but it is currently unlisted.
The music video is for Rodrigo's song "get him back!" from her sophomore album "GUTS," released last month. Apple says the video used iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max camera features such as 4K ProRes video recording at 60 fps and 5× optical zoom.
Rodrigo gained recognition for her lead roles on the Disney Channel show "Bizaardvark" (2016–2019) and the Disney+ series "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" (2019–2022). She shot to stardom in 2021 after releasing her chart-topping debut single "drivers license," and released her debut studio album "SOUR" in the same year.
The music video for "get him back!" was released shortly after Apple's event introducing the iPhone 15 lineup last month.

Time will tell, I suppose.
