As someone who used to sell computers back in the day, the extended warranties are major profit areas for stores. I've seen some sales, where the computer is largely being sold at a loss, but they make money up on the extended warranties, and accessories you largely needed to buy, i.e., cables, supplies, etc.

Last weekend i went to very famous chain of electronics in my country and when i asked that guy about neo he said don’t buy it it have a phone chip my friend also said the same thing to me. I felt at the moment why apple opened their own store.

Well back in the day, no one was willing to sell macs, or mac software. Apple had to open their own store chain, they didn't have many other distribution channels.

Also just to point out the obvious, those people are not wrong, the neo does use a phone chip

much ado about nothing, I've had car dealers try to sell me more expensive models when the less expensive model met my needs, it's part of the game -- buy what you need (rather than the inner need to have the latest greatest)

These individuals wear Apple Watches and black  polos. 👕 The shirts resemble the black polos once worn by Apple Store business sales specialists, though they lack the blue tone.

They operate under  as contractors 📑 through Best Buy. My local Best Buy near the nearby Apple Store, along with larger BBY locations, includes an Apple representative in the Apple section wearing the black  polo.

Forgive me, I don't mean to be argumentative, but everything I can find on the matter indicates that Best Buy has their specially trained employees working their Apple section and that there are no Apple employees working inside Best Buy.

Black shirted employees tend to be Geek Squad members or other specialists.

I am Starbucks right now with a friend and they have a Neo. They are browsing, using cloud a.i, and managing their business duty quite effeciently. No reports of slow downs, etc.

If you have a workload that, I would describe as, administrative, it's not a bad purchase.

Correct. They just stick in the Apple section they just have training on  products more than the general blue shirts do .

The obvious is they weren't simply stating it uses a phone chip, they were stating it as a reason to not purchase it, which would be wrong if their intended use case for it would fit the bill perfectly

It’s true but every one doesn’t know that how powerful that phone chip really is and where it stand against the competition.
