In my social circle the 'thumbs up' is the most popular by far. I was honestly surprised to not see it listed.

Think about the emoji that people use in long, repeating strings. You never really use more than one or two thumbs up at a time.

I find it similar to when i now notice i somewhat use lol for everything that makes no sense “hi lol”, “they are out of apples at publix lol” my god. My parents, all they send is emjoi’s in response to my messages or pictures. Disturbing.
