Apple Store App Won't Load on My iPhone 7.

The Apple Store app, not the App Store app, will not load on my iPhone 7. I did a restore from my iPhone 6 to set up the 7 and the app still works on the 6. When I click on it on the 7, I briefly get a white window and then it closes. I've tried deleting the process and rebooting the phone. Is there something I need to do on the 6 to release control?

The problem has gone away. My Apple TV wouldn't recognize my 7 until I deleted the 6. After I got that working, I thought I would check the Apple Store app. It's working. It seems unlikely there are related, but it was the only thing I did on the phone different.
