Ah, the 30-inchers are a bit harder to find. You need to look for a small business 20% off electronics.. those are applicable to the 3007wfp.

BUT, you're in luck, because Dell is offering 20% off to everyone right now on their 30-inchers. The listed price is $1600.. 20% off that is $1280, and the price right now is $1279.20.

The coupons apply to the stock price, not an additional % off the discount they're already offering, so $1279 is as good as it gets!

Oh well hell. I thought i heard someone once have a coupon that was able to be applied to the discount as well. I already saw the price that's why I was going to jump on it... That is until I found out that the 30 doens't have component and composite... so i have to either do 2 24's... which my MBP wouldn't be able to do correct? or i'd have to do just one 24 and save the money...

are you sure? there's a deal for 20" monitors, which are currently 20% off. Buy a $2.99 20% off coupon on eBay and you get them for ~$230 (the e207). I was sure the coupon would apply to the 30"ers too.

I don't *quite* follow what you're saying.

1. The coupons off eBay save you 20% off the listed price. That means that the discounted price in red that you see on Dell's website is NOT the price that the coupon will apply to. IE: you'll get 20% off the $399 for the 2007wfp, bringing it to $320. You do NOT get the discounts applied twice (ie: you don't get 20% off the $340 that the 20in is on sale for).

2. The coupon only applies to the 20in and the 24in, unless you find one that specifically says it applies to the 30in. The only one I've found that does is the small business electronics, though there could be others floating around. I do know, though, that the typical LCD coupons exclude the 30in.

Hm... I wasn't quite aware of this.

Looking on SlickDeals some people have successfully added the 20% off to the 2007wfp, some haven't.

I recall when I purchased my 2005wfp I stacked on top of their already discounted % off price.
 
Getting another 20 percent off the already 20 percent off of the 30" Dell LCD would be a great deal. If this is possible (still unsure on that) could someone explain how... thanks

I don't need it, but it expires 14 days from the date sent, meaning it either expires on the 15th or 16th (depending on how they count the days), so please only PM me if you are going to use it right away.
