I was happy with my Apple Mail Trade In experience. I was nervous when I got the box because it seems flimsy and the phone is not well protected from getting crushed. But it survived and I got the full trade in amount.

What I did not realize is that you also get tax added to the trade in amount. Living in a high sales tax state, that makes Apple very competitive with Swappa and eBay.

I'll still do an Apple Store trade in next time, but wanted to share a positive experience.

I traded in my 15 pro max by purchasing the new iPhone, is there a possibility that it will be valued more than the estimate made on the site? because the device is perfect in everything
I can’t speak for anyone else but I’ve always got more than the quote. They said $650 but I got $695 for my 15 Pro Max. $295 back to my credit card and $400 to my Apple Account. The trade in before that they put the full trade in amount back on my card.

why did they put some of the money on your apple account and not all on your credit card?
