It would install but wouldnt let me add any media it kept coming up with an error which I can't remember what it said but mentioned library something or other.

You need to install QuickTime as it does not install on Win Server editions by default.
 
Here iFlicks works fine when remuxing MKVs, but when I drop AVIs on it, it requires iTunes to be in 32Bit....what a pain!
If iTunes is running in 64bit, not only iFlicks does not work, but iTunes won't play the encoded file previously done when it was running in 32....
