Other Apple upgrade charged 2 extra payments?

Same boat as many of us... Once Apple receives the phone and the loan is closed, the loan will show a credit for the extra payment that you made... Which will eventually get refunded back to your card.
I'm keeping an eye on my card this week.
Can you guys post if and when you get any kind of refund please. I have two loans that are now at a negative balance and would like to make sure they do the refund.
where as last week i briefly had a status of "on hold" that was taken off towards the end of the week and I was charged my payment, the "on hold" status is now back on and they both show a negative balance.

I received a credit on my card for one of the loans this morning. Both are showing a $0 balance now. I’m expecting to receive the credit for the second tomorrow.
So I ended up calling Citizens One this morning (yay for no hold times!) and talked with someone who said there is an issue with the way the loan was closed out and it should have been showing a negative balance in the amount of the extra payment and it wasn't so when it was closed the refund didn't process like it should have. On top of that it looks like Apple shored the payoff of the loan to Citizens One...
So my advice, if you log into your account and it looks like the screenshots below, give them a call at 888-201-6306 and explain that an extra payment was taken out and you would like to know when it will be refunded. In my case they have opened a ticket for another team to look into the issue in more detail and they provided that ticket number to me to follow up in a couple days if I don't hear anything.

So a couple of days have gone by and didn't hear anything from Citizens One or see a credit so I called. Citizens One is now saying that this was an Apple mistake and the credit will have to come from them. She said, I made 12 payments, then apple made 11 payments so because they shorted the payoff they took a 13th payment from me to make up for it.
Now I'm on hold again while Citizens One reaches out to Apple to try to get this issue resolved... The lady I spoke to said shes fielded a few calls for this exact issue so it doesn't sound like I'm the only one but if you have been charged an extra payment and haven't seen a refund by now and want a refund I recommend calling Citizens One.

I see a credit on my loan. So I'm waiting for the November 3rd payment that use to come out to see if i get it. I do however see a credit in my loan.
Actually check your balance on the loan. For me the extra 2 payments went straight to pay down the original loan. If you look at the amount left owed to citizen you should see it’s 2 payment less. There won’t be any refunds coming back. Hope this help.
