Of those three, Breathe is the one that I know is hooked into heart health.
I have no comments on the value of the other two. I'm fortunate that I don't have mental health issues or anger issues or whatever; it may be that for at least some people those two panels are useful, and I think we should all be happy that they improve some people's lives.
(Well, I guess I sometimes have anger issues with idiotic internet comments!
Maybe I need an app that tracks my blood pressure/heart rate, correlated with what I'm reading, and intervenes to tell me to calm down. I expect things like that will come, and they may even be a major boon to me.)
