Yes, me, too. I think it is just because of their weekend. Sunday seems to be their main day off with all the the crazy shipping Apple is doing. I’m sure we’ll see arrival scans later this evening, in about 8-10 hours.
Hopefully… my anxious side is getting a bit nervous (although my logical side is saying it’s no big deal).
First wave AWU here! Also ordered an aluminum AW8 41mm for the wife minutes after the keynote ended. Got a ship date of 9/29 - 10/6 and never moved. Found the same watch locally and cancelled the preorder. It was interesting I couldn’t get the aluminum AW8 for launch day delivery but had no trouble finding the same watch at several stores in the Austin / San Antonio area.
Yes. I’m looking for AW SS 45 with cellular in Canada. Nothing at all in stores… I do see AW aluminum 45 with gps only. 😬

When trying to see my tracking it's only giving me the last 4 digits of the tracking #, when using the reference number.

Yes, unless you have UPS My Choice and it links to you in that account, you won’t get a full UPS tracking # until it clears Import scans in Kentucky at UPS World Port. You can get a free UPS MyChoice account, but it will take a few days to establish any links to packages, so it may not ever link up before you get the tracking # via Apple, when they notify you it ships.
Same boat - still sitting at "departed from facility" at 11:50 PM. I'm not worried, yet!
Hoping mine also ships from Aus as part of initial launch allocation.
Last three Apple devices I ordered, got stuck in China for one reason or another, usually lockdowns, supply chain issues, etc.

I’ve been checking for scans and I think there’s a 30-40min delay based on my last check of UPS App and the 9:10 China Time arrival scan.
UPS I’m pretty sure. They have 4 facilities there in Shanghai.

It’s definitely not coming from CGO like the iPhones.
Found this flight from Air China. UPS may not be the departing flight. We could go through a different route for example: Japan 🇯🇵 , Hong Kong 🇭🇰
