Hey @Mohamed_Magdy save your money. There is no India based hacker that can unlock the Watch! Apple removed the tool that the "Hacker" were actually using, it was really just a poorly thought out web interface that Apple removed instead of fixing the exposure.

The only other way would be for a hacker to Spearfish the email address tied to the watch in hopes of getting the password or a password structure to use a brute force attack against iCloud.com.

It is a play on the phrase: "spear phishing attack". Sending emails directed at a specific email or range of email addresses with links to fake web sites to try to trick the recipient to enter their valid passwords or other personal data. The email can also include bad payloads the drop trojans / key loggers and other nasty bugs on to the target's system(s).

Mmm okay
But is there anyway rhey can get the full email address of the previous owner only from the first letter of the email provided in the activation lock screen

No, that is why I indicated the sending of emails directly to a specific email or range of email addresses. Just like Spammers use software the generates email ID "names" like strings of letters, names, and numbers to try to match a possible valid email address on the target domain.
