I am waiting for the signature email. I placed the order at 2:50 am ET. Just called to ask a question and was told I can order without the need to call back at 3 am.

I'm on the phone with them now but this dude has no idea what he's doing. He asked me if I have the SIM card number. *eyeroll*

I was like... It's gonna be a new line, with DIGITS, but forwarding my number ending in XXXX.

Now I'm on hold. Probably while he asks someone how the apple watch actually works.

T-Mobile sales is always just awful.

Still on the phone. Keep getting put on hold. This is brutal and I'm confident he's gonna screw something up. Although not as bad as the time a rep legitimately let me cancel a line on my account and she never took me through security at all.

Yeah I ordered a stainless steel one from apples site at 3:03am ET. Took all of maybe 10 seconds with Apple pay. Finally just got off the phone from doing the sport watch with EIP.

I got my second order through, the right way this time. The first time the rep ordered 38mm even though he confirmed with me several times that it was for 42mm. I noticed it was wrong on the signature form (which came in 5 mins after the first confirmation email). The second rep cancelled my first order and made a new order for 42mm. I got the signature email only 1 minute after the confirmation email this time. Says shipping on the 21st for delivery on the 22nd. I wanted the Sport Loop but they don’t appear to be offering it. Not too big of a deal. Still prefer to do EIP and the Sport Loop was shipping in 2-3 weeks on Apple.com.

I ordered by phone and it looks like the rep associated the S3s with the incorrect lines. Is that something they can change after shipping?

I ordered mine from Apple as well. Done within 3 minutes of preorder.

Isn't it more than $30 though? Three free months plus free activation right?

Has anyone asked if the old employee discount will apply to the wearable line charge?

Had the usual T-Mobile trainwreck order experience.

1. Called at 3am ET. Representative put me on hold and then came back and couldn't dictate coherently why they couldn't take my order.
2. Second call around 3:20 ET representative was able to coherently tell me their systems aren't letting them process watch orders.
3. Saw on here that people were getting through so I called back, spent 25 minutes on the line with a guy while he did his first apple watch order ever. Did not instill confidence whatsoever. He has no idea what he's doing.
4. 8:30 this morning I call just to double check. I hadn't gotten my email yet. Turns out he spelled my email address, which is literally just my first and last name, incorrectly. She's going to send it again to the correct email. Told me to give it 30 minutes.
5. 11:25am and I still haven't gotten my email so I hit up t-force on social media. She said there's no order and then persistently tries to get me to order another one, even though I stayed up, gave some dude my credit card info at 3am and already did this... See attached screenshot.

6. 11:35am I call and speak to a representative who finally sounds like she has more than a 7th grade education and won't tell me about her cousins birthday party this weekend. She puts me on hold just a moment and then she finds my order. Send sends the EIP email and I actually receive it and sign it. Finally I can see my order on my account.

Why does T-Mobile suck this much? It shouldn't be a part time job to try to order a product.

I've always had a near flawless experience pre-ordering. Last night I had more difficulty ordering the new iPhone than the Apple Watch.

Tmobile always messes up launch details so who knows. I might be fighting with line credits for the rest of my life on it.

I’m still fighting with T-Mobile to get my line credits right from last year’s iPhone 7 purchase. They can never seem to get these things right and it takes me hours over the course of months to get things set straight. I’m pretty certain I’m going to leave them. Their pricing is great, but getting them to do what they say is terrible. I’d rather pay more and not have to go through this every year. Time is money.

I fought for 6 months and gave up. They won.
